Along with numerous graduate degrees and certificate programmes, including the traditional MBA and specialised master's degrees, the school offers a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Healthcare Administration, and a Master of Public Administration.

Some notable alumni include John Hynes (activist and the 49th Mayor of Boston), Paul Benedict (Broadway actor, director and Television actor) and Eliza Dushku (actor).
